Our Policy
Ismari Hair Place is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings caused during your service. Our stylists follow proper procedure during chemistry services using neck towels and chemical capes as a precaution, but as a last line of defense, please do not wear clothing you wish to protect when arriving for your service. We accept credit cards but you will be charge an additional 3.5% of your services for processing fees. No refunds.
